Facilitated by Western WI WBC
Topic: Business Basics

Women entrepreneurs are often taught to optimize systems, finances, and marketing—but rarely their most critical business asset: their own capacity. This session reframes health not as a personal side project, but as a core driver of decision-making, productivity, leadership effectiveness, and business sustainability. Drawing from healthcare leadership and real-world business experience, this presentation explores how stress, poor recovery, and chronic overextension quietly undermine business performance—and what women can do about it. Note: All events and courses are available to women and men. ABOUT THE SPEAKER Anna Eslinger, RN, MSN, is a nurse leader and clinic director with advanced training in Nursing Organizational Leadership and Management. Her background spans clinical care, organizational leadership, and business operations, with a focus on supporting sustainable performance in healthcare and leadership settings. Anna holds multiple professional certifications, including WCC, OMS, and CIC, reflecting her expertise in quality, outcomes management, and complex systems of care. She brings a practical, real-world perspective to how physiology, stress, and recovery impact decision-making, productivity, and leadership capacity—particularly for women navigating high-responsibility roles.
