Topic: Business Basics

If you’re ready for help but afraid of getting it wrong, you’re not alone. This webinar will help you know when to hire, what to offload first, and how to build a people-first culture that creates trust, loyalty, and long-term success—starting with your very first hire. Note: All our webinars are open to women and men. ABOUT THE SPEAKER In 2012, at the age of 28, Ashley was a single mom yearning to be more present in her son's life while making a living to support them. With her entrepreneurial mindset, Ashley purchased $20 worth of cleaning supplies and got to work. Today, AMK Cleaning is a successful business with the most amazing team of individuals. Above all, Ashley’s priority is to be more than just an employer to her team, and that’s exactly what she’s done. She ensures that her team members can thrive and grow both personally and professionally while working at AMK. Giving back to the community is important to AMK, as it was this community that helped AMK grow into what it is today! Ashley gives back to local non-profit organizations and partners with Cleaning for a Reason to donate two free cleanings to individuals who have cancer and are undergoing treatment. NOTE: By signing up for this webinar, you agree to be automatically subscribed to our (bi)weekly newsletter. You are able to unsubscribe at any point.
