Burnout is a term we frequently hear as a way to describe many areas of our personal and professional lives. With an ever-increasing demand on professional women the rate of burnout keeps rising. Join Savannah Runstrom from Integrated Safety while she dives into the concept of burnout and how professional women are more prone to burnout faster than many other groups. Concepts, techniques, and material within this session will explore what burnout is, stages of burnout, stress cycle discussion and how to utilize various tools and techniques to combat burnout both in your personal lives and in the workplace. ABOUT SAVANNAH RUNSTROM Savannah Runstrom is a seasoned safety and health professional whose goal is to provide refreshed outlooks and approaches to the safety and health profession. She holds a Master of Science in Risk Control and Safety Management and is a Certified Safety Professional. Savannah started her career in construction safety and continued her safety professional work in the manufacturing industry. Currently Savannah owns and consults through a safety advising company called Integrated Safety. She strives to connect with people in a variety of industries to share information, build the profession, and advocate for the safe work conditions of both employees and employers. When she is not working with a variety of clients she speaks about personal and professional safety and health topics at national, regional, and local events and conferences.
