Becoming Fearless in Business

Tue 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Facilitated by Western WI WBC
Topic: Business Basics

Join this 1-hour-long, interactive session on how to become more fearless in our business (and personal lives). We'll start out with an explanation of how emotional fear gets in the way of taking care of ourselves, going after our dreams, and fulfilling our potential. Secondly, we'll destigmatize how fear operates in the brain and body to reduce internalized shame and negative self-talk - both of which deplete our energy and sabotage our efforts. Lastly, we'll get to know tools and processes that help us move through fear in an intentional way that is internally nourishing and builds confidence. ABOUT KATE CARTER Kate Carter is a Certified Fearless Living Coach & Trainer and has 30 years of experience as a teacher, spiritual mentor, crisis worker & coach. Her passion is supporting women as they discover how to live a free and full life. Her specialty is helping women to see and free themselves from the real obstacles holding them back. (Hint here: they are not procrastination, avoidance, overwhelm, laziness, not doing enough) or any other reason you might come up with.) The real obstacles are the subconscious fears underneath those tendencies, which once worked through release an organic well of sustainable energy and motivation. The gift Kate offers in coaching is to hold a space where clients can be present to themselves and hear their authentic voice, desires, and dreams – and then to support them in cultivating the skills that will make these dreams a reality.
