At this 90-minute workshop participants will: • Explore what workplace culture is and how to cultivate it on purpose • Understand the five stages (and needs) of high performing work teams • Learn strategies to develop productive conflict team norms • Feel confident and equipped with communication tools to handle conflict in the moment
Speaker(s): Stacy Whaley is the Founder and Chief Coaching Officer of Fire Up & Lead, a leadership development company working locally and nationally with organizations to identify their long-term strategies to improve organizational culture and increase performance. The Fire Up & Lead team partners with executives and entrepreneurs to develop and implement training programs that aligns all levels of leadership with the tools they need to manage and motivate teams.
