Maria’s business focuses on emotional wellness, stress management and resilience building services through 1-on-1 coaching, group workshops, public speaking engagements, webinars, and more. She has certifications as an anxiety management specialist, a HeartMath Biofeedback professional and is trained in using Emotional Freedom Technique (acupressure), along with other holistic mind/body tools in practice.
