Leadership is tough and in times of tremendous disruption, it’s even tougher. Leaders who can shift focus on the here and now, determine and implement the quick changes necessary to remain viable, and get those changes executed while engaging a diverse and inclusive workforce will benefit the most. This workshop provides a solid approach for leadership, strategy, and talent management to help you weather the storm and come out ahead. Following this session, participants will be able to: 1. Articulate critical leadership competencies for leading in tough times 2. Identify ways to evolve your strategy to meet new demands and challenges 3. Incorporate deliberate change management to engage a diverse and inclusive workforce 4. Develop an implementation structure to increase odds of achieving your desired results
