Facilitated by Western WI WBC

Entrepreneurs, Independent Contractors, Small Business Owners and Managers are invited to participate in “Connecting With, and Engaging, Customers in a “New Normal.”This FREE, live webinar will take place on Wednesday, August 5th from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Tuition is waived, however space is limited and pre-registration is required. LinkedIn can be a very effective low-cost/no cost tool for small businesses to find staff and contractors, connect with other business people to build a strong network, prospects to find customers and clients, build brand awareness and thought leadership, and conduct market research. A look at some basics, and some not-so-basic ways to leverage this tool to build B2B connections and credibility. Linda Pophal, MA, SHRM-SCP is owner/CEO of Strategic Communications, LLC, and a marketing and communication strategist with expertise in strategic planning, B2B content marketing, PR/media relations, social media and SEO. Her background as a freelance business journalist, advertising copywriter and corporate communication professional provides the foundation for understanding how to produce and use high-quality, personalized content to inform, motivate and engage audiences. This, coupled with expertise in online marketing, SEO and social media, serves as a foundation for working with clients to find the most cost-effective combination of traditional and digital communication tactics to get the results they're looking for. Linda is the author of several books on marketing and business practices, most recently Best Practices in Influencer. After the webinar, attendees may request free, one-on-one assistance from Western Dairyland's team of Business Development Specialists at https://www.successfulbusiness.org/request_for_counseling.phtml . We are dedicated to providing education, training, and business advising to small businesses that have experienced supply chain disruptions, staffing challenges, a decrease in gross receipts or customers, or a closure as a result of COVID-19.
