2020
Wed 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Online
Facilitated by Western WI WBC

Entrepreneurs, Independent Contractors, Small Business Owners and Managers are invited to participate in “Developing Employees (and Others) as Brand Ambassadors.”This FREE, live webinar will take place on Wednesday, October 14th from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Tuition is waived, however space is limited and pre-registration is required. Even businesses that don’t have employees should be thinking, now, about how to build a staff of strong, loyal advocates. Employee advocacy starts by being a great place to work, builds by adding staff with the right skills and competencies to support the brand, and is reinforced through communication and support to provide key messages, tips and recommendations for how employees can make a positive difference. Linda Pophal, MA, SHRM-SCP is owner/CEO of Strategic Communications, LLC, and a marketing and communication strategist with expertise in strategic planning, B2B content marketing, PR/media relations, social media and SEO. Her background as a freelance business journalist, advertising copywriter and corporate communication professional provides the foundation for understanding how to produce and use high-quality, personalized content to inform, motivate and engage audiences. This, coupled with expertise in online marketing, SEO and social media, serves as a foundation for working with clients to find the most cost-effective combination of traditional and digital communication tactics to get the results they're looking for. Linda is the author of several books on marketing and business practices, most recently Best Practices in Influencer. After the webinar, attendees may request free, one-on-one assistance from Western Dairyland's team of Business Development Specialists at https://www.successfulbusiness.org/request_for_counseling.phtml .
